Q1. When will I receive delivery?
If the order is placed between Monday - Thursday you will receive the order on a next day service. However if the order is placed on a Friday with a standard delivery charge of £7.95 you will receive the order on Monday.
There is an optional Saturday delivery service available with two of our carriers.
Prices are as follows:

Q2. What is the cut off time to receive an order on a next day service?
If the order is placed between Monday and Thursday before 5.00 pm your order will be received on a next day service.
Any orders that are placed on a Friday later than 5.00 pm will be received on Tuesday, unless Saturday delivery is selected.

Q3. Can I have the order delivered to my work address?
Customers can have their order delivered to any address they wish. However we would need to take the full address and postcode for where the credit/debit card is registered.
Please note: If you are ordering from abroad and wish the parcel to be delivered abroad, a UK credit/debit card would be needed as we only accept payment from a UK account for immediate delivery.
However we can accept payment by TT or BACS payment.

Q4. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we do deliver outside of the UK, however carriage charges will vary. Please contact us for information.
Q5. Does my order have any guarantee/warranty?
All items purchased from us have a 12 month no quibble warranty, except working vehicles such as Vans, Taxis etc which have 6 months no quibble warranty.
Q6. I have ordered the wrong unit, what should I do?
The accuracy of our website is very good. However any uncertainty should be checked by contacting us. If however you do receive a wrong part ordered over the website, you should contact us with your query and we would arrange for the correct part to be dispatched to you.
Please note: We would charge your debit/credit account for the second part ordered and when we receive the 1st order back, we would call you for your credit/debit card details and issue a refund.
Also note: If the part is wrongly ordered by the customer via our website, a 20% handling charge will be deducted from the total of the invoice.

Q7. I ordered my part on Monday, it is now Wednesday and I still have not got the parcel?
The contract with the carriers we use is a next day service. On the very rare occasion that this happens please call us and we will trace your parcel via track and trace service. We will then call you back with the result.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the delay of parcels as it is in the carrier’s hands after leaving our premises.

When your unit has been received back to us, we would call you advising that we have received the unit back and we would ask for your credit/debit card details to issue a refund to your account.
Please note that the refund has to be refunded back into the same account as purchased.

All items are thoroughly checked and tested before dispatching to customers. Items are not sent unless our quality control departments are 100% satisfied our units are in full working order.
However, if this does occur please contact us advising us of the situation and advice will be given from then on.

Q10. Is there any deduction off my order, if I return my old unit back to you?
All purchases are outright ie. Meaning no old units are required to be returned.
.However if you are ordering a rare unit you may be advised that we do require your old unit back. In this case we would arrange a collection for your old unit to be returned to us at our cost.

Q11. My car details are not listed on your website what should I do?
This would be unusual however, if you can not find a part number or listing for your vehicle, please contact us via email with your Car details and the required part and we will get straight back to you with a part number and quote.
Q12. When can I expect a response from my email?
All emails are responded to between Monday and Friday 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
If you send an email over the weekend ie) Saturday, Sunday you will receive a reply on Monday morning.
